.Yoga is the best way to start any morning! Gather up your preggo girlfriends or ride solo to the beach and do some sun salutations. Sun salutations warm the body and improve overall strength and flexibility. And they help tone those abdominals! Go right up to where the sand meets the ocean and face the waves. Take deep breaths and absorb nature’s beauty. You might even get lucky and spot some dolphins!
.After yoga, make a nutritious smoothie or a vitamin enriched juice. Make sure to have fruits or veggies that pack in plenty of Vitamin A and/or Vitamin C. Vitamin A absorption is essential to your baby’s heart, lung, and bone development. You and your growing baby need Vitamin C to support both immune systems. Low vitamin levels contribute to poor mental health so it’s important to be aware of your vitamin intake.
.Now you’re ready for some fun! It’s time to celebrate your new body by creating a maternity wardrobe. Don’t be scared of your changing body; embrace it! Maternity clothes have come a long way from the dull 1990s fashion. There are plenty of designer-inspired outfits on the market. It’s vital to feel as comfortable as possible while pregnant, please don’t try to fit into your regular clothes. Stay positive about your growing belly and find clothes that make you shine.
.If your due date is approaching, it may be time to get your home ready for your little bundle of joy. Having an organized home and space will create a peaceful state of mind. You don’t want to be worried about the mess in the living room when you’re focused on delivering a healthy baby! And you don’t have to do it all in one day, take it room by room. Take control and master your space for the new beautiful addition to your family. Remember to breath and imagine all the positive memories to come!
.Get out of the house for a bit and take a romantic walk with your hubby or boyfriend. He might be just as stressed as you are and in dire need of some stress-relieving activity. It’s key to connect emotionally and spiritually with your partner before the baby arrives; you should both be on the same page. This is a thrilling time in both your lives so converse on how you both envision this new chapter.
.If you’re feeling energetic, turn that walk into a run or better yet, take a swim! Swimming is a fabulous pregnancy exercise because it makes you feel weightless while increasing circulation and stamina.
I hope this itinerary helps you feel more balanced and reenergized to conquer the week. If you’re feeling a little anxiety on Sunday evening, practice some mediation. Center your body, mind and soul and you will feel more aware and at ease with the world
